На основании анализа полученных экспериментальных результатов предложен и описан новый магнитометрический способ, применение которого для определения параметров, описывающих условия зарождения шейки, проиллюстрировано на примерах необлученной и облученной нейтронами реакторной стали 12Х18Н10Т.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Some methods for determining the moment of localization of plastic deformation during static stretching of samples of constructional austenitic steels are considered.
