Показано, что при малых температурах пылевой частицы равновесный потенциал частицы отрицательный, при увеличении температуры частицы потенциал растет вследствие термоэмиссии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the problem of dust in near-wall plasma in thermonuclear fusion plants. Various processes are considered that they lead to the appearance of an electric charge in dust particles in a plasma.
